Return & Exchange Policy

You may return items within 30 days following the purchase date, only after you receive RMA from Copier Expo, Inc.

All items are subject to inspection upon returned to our facility.

Merchandise must include original packaging and box.

There will be 20% re-stocking fee, and you are responsible for shipping and packaging.

Exceptions are if you receive wrong items or defective items.

Toner cartridges are not returnable if the seals are broken.

Warranty Policy

If you need repair after 30 days, you may send the item to us for warranty service or you may find other local company who will honor the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty items and period varies depending on manufacturer.

Please contact us first before you ship the item.

Our service department will accommodate you with steps necessary.
